Xylan® 1052 – Ideal for any mating surface that needs dry lubrication e.g. bearings, sealing rings and valve springs. With a continues operating temperature of -195°C to +260°C and a intermittent range of -195°C to +285°C. Whitfords 1052 is an Organic solvent based, high temperature, general purpose coating for extreme pressure applications. Typical DFT coating 15 – 20 um, available in a wide range of colours.
Xylan® 1070 – Typical applications of 1070 includes threaded fasteners and nuts with a continues operating temperature of -195°C to +260°C and an intermittent range of -195°C to +285°C. Whitfords 1070 is an Organic solvent based, low friction coating normally used over Zinc, Phosphate or other pretreatment to achieve up to 3000 hours salt spray resistance. Typical DFT coating 20 – 25 um, available in a wide range of colours.
Xylan® 1424 – Typical applications are threaded fasteners and nuts with a continuous operating temperature of -20°C to +180°C and an intermittent range of -20°C to +230°C. Whitfords 1424 is an Aqueous based, dry lubricant coating normally used over Zinc / Phosphate or other pretreatment with excellent corrosion resistance properties. Typical DFT coating 20 – 25 um, available in a wide range of colours.
Xylar® 1427 – Typical applications for Xylar coatings provide the aerospace, engineering and marine industries with materials to protect components from high temperature oxidation, salt laden atmospheres, chemicals and abrasives. With a continues operating temperature range of -40°C to +535°C Xylar is a Aqueous / acidic based aluminum “cermet” coating which as excellent chemical, corrosion and abrasion resistance at extreme temperatures. Typical DFT coating 20 – 25 um.
Ever-Slik® 1201 (Everlube®) – Thermally cured solvent based epoxy system with inherent hydrophobic properties allows the coating to repel water and other process fluids. It has outstanding chemical, corrosion resistance as well as being durable, flexible and is extremely tough making it ideal as a primer when used under solid film lubricants e.g. Ever-Slik 1301. The 1201 is available in black or primer red and is applied by conventional spraying methods with a dry film thickness of 5 – 7 um .
Everslik® 1301 (Everlube®) – Specially bonded solid film lubricant especially formulated for the heavy-duty industrial market. It provides good lubricity and corrosion resistance and prevents galling and seizing. It has found great acceptance in the petrochemical industry especially on threaded components e.g. actuator stems, valves, pumps, clamps and stab plates. Application can be by conventional spray methods or dip spinning resulting in a single coat between 8 – 25 um.
